    Two of our fighters found success this last weekend in Louisiana!!

    Scott Whitley won a second round guillotine submission in the 144lb class.

    Mike Sharp had a unanimous judges decision over his opponent in the 155lb class.

    Israeli Krav Maga International Seminar                          

    KRAV MAGA SEMINAR

    The seminar had a huge turnout for both 4 hour sessions

    Former Israeli Defense Force Operator "Moshe Katz" is one of the pre-eminent instructors of Israeli Krav Maga in the world.  He conducted two 4 - hour long seminars in easy to learn Self Defense for Men, Women and Children. The turnout was big.

    This seminar addressed  the participants entire real world self defense questions and concerns. Moshe Katz traveled to the USA from Jerusalem, Israel. , in order to instruct .

    NEW STAND UP CLASS (For Kids)

    We are honored to present this great new addition to our kids program. This class will encompass striking techniques form many different martial arts. The child will learn kicks, punches, knee strikes, from Thai Kick Boxing, Korean Tae Kwon Do, Japanese Karate,Western Boxing and other combative systems. The result is the best synergistic stand up program.

    This class is great by its own self as a stand alone class, or when combined with our Kids Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, No-Gi Submission, and Aikido Classes.>
